On June 24, 2026, a solemn event dedicated to the celebration of "National Unity Day" was held with the wide participation of central apparatus staff, as well as heads of organizations and institutions under the Food Security Committee of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The festive event was attended by the following keynote speakers:
Karimzoda Rukhshona — Head of the Women's Affairs Department of the Executive Committee of the PDPT (People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan) in Dushanbe;
Qurbonzoda Ubaydullo — Chairman of the Executive Committee of the PDPT in the Ismoili Somoni district;
The Head of the Women's Affairs Department of the Executive Committee of the PDPT in the Ismoili Somoni district.
The event commenced with the playing of the National Anthem. In his opening remarks, the Chairman of the Committee, Fayzullozoda Muhammadsaid, congratulated the attendees on "National Unity Day" and wished for an atmosphere of complete peace and stability for our beloved and sovereign Tajikistan. During his speech, M. Fayzullozoda emphasized that national unity has played an exceptionally vital and historical role in the destiny of our nation and state, laying a reliable foundation for stabilizing the country's political situation and shaping the pillars of our modern statehood. He also noted that the prosperity and development of the Motherland, a peaceful and decent life, and the achievement of our goals are only possible in the presence of peace and stability.
Following this, Karimzoda Rukhshona delivered a speech on "The Role of Women in Strengthening National Unity." She called upon the audience to contribute to constructiveness and development, to further strengthen peace, stability, and national unity, to protect the achievements of our country's independence, to support the wise policy of the President of the country, and to make their own contributions to this path.
In his turn, Qurbonzoda Ubaydullo spoke on the topic "Unity is the Solid Foundation of the State," providing further information on the achievements of the independence era and the fulfillment of the strategic goals of the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the conclusion of the event, a video presentation showcasing the achievements and deeds of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, was presented to the audience.
