On 10 July 2026, the General Meeting of the “Payrav” Primary Organization of the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Agency. The meeting commenced with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The meeting was opened by Umed Sodiqiyon, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the Shohmansur District, who introduced the members of the presidium to the participants and presented the agenda of the meeting.
Following the approval of the agenda, the Chairman of the “Payrav” Primary Organization, Muhammadtoir Saidzoda, presented a report on the results of the organization's activities for the first half of 2026 and the tasks for the second half of the year. It was noted that, owing to the direct initiatives of the Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan and Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, significant achievements have been made in the development of all sectors, particularly in education. These achievements include strengthening the national education system, integrating into the international educational environment, constructing new standard school buildings, expanding educational opportunities for schoolchildren and university students, and creating favorable working conditions for teachers.
At the same time, the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, under the slogan "For Progress and a Decent Life for the People!", reaffirms its commitment to the national values of sovereignty, democracy, equality, and transparency, while implementing all possible measures to ensure the comprehensive development of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Party consistently strives to promote the country's sustainable and steady development with the aim of improving the quality of life of the population, creating equal opportunities for the realization of human potential based on equality, justice, and respect for human dignity. The mission and essence of the Party's program are to ensure the development of an independent, prosperous, and politically, socially, and economically stable Tajikistan.
The Agency's “Payrav” Primary Organization has been operating since December 2015. As of 1 June 2026, it comprised 113 Party members. Each member conscientiously performs his or her official duties in service to the people and the country, contributing to the development of education and science.
During the reporting period, the “Payrav” Primary Organization implemented a number of activities aimed at fulfilling the instructions and directives of the Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan and Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and actively participated in political, social, and cultural events.
In line with the Leader of the Nation's directives, special attention is also devoted to the moral and spiritual education of society. Strengthening patriotism, promoting respect for national values, and encouraging mutual support remain among the key priorities. Such a policy contributes to the development of a healthy, united, and cohesive society.
Furthermore, the organization and implementation of charitable activities, visits to the families of servicemen, and the provision of practical assistance by organizations and individuals represent a noble example of humanity, compassion, and solidarity. These initiatives not only provide support to those in need but also strengthen the spirit of unity, mutual assistance, and compassion within society.
In this regard, the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, acting in accordance with the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, provided food assistance on the eve of Eid al-Fitr and the International Day of Navruz to one of the military units in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, as well as to vulnerable families residing in the Shohmansur District of Dushanbe.
In order to provide timely assistance and improve the living conditions of the population affected by natural disasters, and within the framework of the social and humanitarian policy pursued by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the management and staff of the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science delivered material assistance to the affected families in the city of Kulob. In addition, Agency personnel were mobilized to participate in efforts aimed at eliminating the consequences of the natural disaster. Unity and mutual support are clear indicators of the high level of solidarity and mutual understanding within society.
It was also emphasized that the "Payrav" Primary Organization consistently follows the guidance and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and continues to direct its efforts toward the advancement of the education sector and the достойное celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Following the discussion of the report, Umed Sodiqiyon, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Shohmansur District, addressed the meeting. In his remarks, he stated:
"We always mention the name of the Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, with the utmost respect, profound affection, and great pride. It is this wise and outstanding leader, the guarantor of peace and stability, an internationally recognized statesman, and a farsighted and devoted leader who succeeded in saving our nation and our homeland from destruction and catastrophe. His name, achievements, and dedicated service have earned a lasting place in the hearts of the people, and his recognition as the Leader of the Nation is the strongest confirmation of these achievements."
He further noted that the members of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan united within the Agency's Primary Organization strive above all to further strengthen the Party's authority and public standing. Every member of society should make every effort to maintain a respected and constructive role in the development of the country.
Following the speeches, the draft Resolution of the "Payrav" Primary Organization of the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, entitled "On the Activities of the 'Payrav' Primary Organization of the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan during the First Half of 2026 and the Tasks for the Second Half of 2026," was presented to the participants and subsequently adopted.
