On May 24, 2023, a meeting took place between the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Aziz Nazar, and the Coordinator for Cooperation with Central Asian Countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, Minister Plenipotentiary Gianluca Grandi.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the activities of joint Tajik-Italian enterprises in the light and food industries, ensuring the participation of domestic companies in sectoral exhibitions in both countries, and emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation and addressing industrial issues within bilateral frameworks as well as in the Central Asia + Italy.
