On June 12, 2023, within the framework of an official working visit to the Italian Republic, the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan held a meeting with the Minister of Industry and National Production of Italy, Adolfo Urso.
The parties exchanged views on the current state and prospects for developing bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Italy in various sectors of industry and new technologies, including agro-industry, energy, light industry, mining, and processing industries.
