Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan with a Delegation of Businessmen from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
On April 20, 2025, within the framework of the Tajikistan – Saudi Arabia Entrepreneurship and Investment Forum, a meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Aziz Nazar, and a delegation of businessmen from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of the Kingdom, Mr. Hassan Mujib H. Bani Huwayz.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of cooperation in priority areas of the industrial sector. Opportunities for collaboration were considered primarily in the food industry, mineral and precious metals processing and extraction, and the textile industry.
The Saudi delegation expressed interest and readiness to expand cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan, particularly in the mentioned sectors.
The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, creating favorable conditions for strengthening trade and investment ties between the two countries.
