On April 29, 2025, the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sherali Kabir, held a meeting with the Governor of Fars Province of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Ali Amiri, within the framework of the Iran Expo 2025 Export Potential Exhibition.
The parties discussed issues related to establishing cooperation in the industrial sector between the Republic of Tajikistan and Fars Province, particularly between the cities of Dushanbe and Shiraz, which are sister cities.
