On May 21, 2025, a Field Day was held at the National Center for Genetic Resources on the topic:
“The Method of Cutting Propagation as a Basis for the Technology of Fruit Tree Reproduction.”
Participants of the Field Day included representatives from:
AIKT,
the Institute of Crop Production,
the Center for Agricultural Mechanization and Innovative Technologies,
the Sarikishti Rural Municipality (Jamoat) of Rudaki District,
dehkan (peasant) farms from Sino and Firdavsi districts of Dushanbe,
Rudaki District,
the city of Hisor,
as well as scientists and specialists from the Center.
Experts and specialists in the field gave presentations on:
techniques for preparing seeds and pits of fruit trees,
compliance with agrotechnical requirements for planting and cultivation,
methods of preparing, storing, and planting cuttings of subtropical fruit trees (such as pomegranate, fig, etc.).
They also provided clear and specific answers to questions from participants.
