The civil aviation sector of the country is developing year by year thanks to the direct support of the founder of peace and national unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon.
On April 15, 2025, a meeting was held between the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nazarzoda Habibullo Temur, the Director of the State Agency of Civil Aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bostanov Daniyar, and the General Director of KG "Kyrgyzaviation" Omurov Torokeldi.
During the meeting, the issues of increasing the number of flights on the routes Dushanbe – Bishkek – Dushanbe and Khujand – Bishkek – Khujand, opening flights on the routes Dushanbe – Issyk-Kul and Khujand – Issyk-Kul, strengthening bilateral cooperation on flight safety and aviation security, as well as improving the competitiveness of the civil aviation sector, were discussed.
After the meeting, the draft "Memorandum of Understanding between the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State Agency of Civil Aviation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" was signed to enhance the level of knowledge and professional skills of specialists in civil aviation.
