The facility was built following the directive of the Head of State regarding the mandatory construction of kindergartens in settlements with more than 100 households, by entrepreneur Jomii Abdurakhmon.
This initiative reflects the significant contribution of entrepreneurs to the successful implementation of the “State Program for the Development of Preschool Education in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020–2025.”
This facility is the first kindergarten in the village of Gharghara and has been created in a national and modern style. The equipped group and playrooms, furnished with all necessary materials, are designed to provide preschool education for 350 children.
The children are taught in Tajik, Russian, and English by 12 qualified educators. Lessons use paints, letters, numbers, symbols, signs, and geometric shapes.
By utilizing these resources and organizing various games, singing, drawing, and psychological exercises, the educators develop children’s problem-solving abilities and foster logical thinking.
For children’s rest, rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, lockers, and toys suitable for their age and interests.
The respected Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, called the entrepreneur’s initiative to build a modern kindergarten in a rural area an exemplary model of following the State’s educational policy. According to the Head of State, the activities of kindergartens play an important role in the development of children’s intellect, thinking, speech and communication, creative abilities, adaptation to the educational environment, and preparation for school. Special attention has been paid to the construction and operation of kindergartens in towns and villages in accordance with the requirements of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2030, aimed at expanding access to preschool education.
Respected Emomali Rahmon instructed the educators to properly use the created conditions and raise children in the spirit of patriotism, emphasizing that the conscientious fulfillment of this mission is a demonstration of love for the people and the state.
To ensure uninterrupted operation during the autumn-winter period, the facility is equipped with a heating system, and over 100 tons of coal have been prepared.
Flowers, shrubs, and decorative trees planted on the premises add special beauty and attractiveness to the area.
Two facilities contributing to the development of thinking and intellect — a library and the private preschool educational institution “Jasur”, opened in the village of Gharghara by the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, have created 37 new jobs.
