An international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan entitled "The Constitution is the guarantor of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms" was held at the Institute of Economics and Trade of TSTU. The conference began with an introductory speech by the Director of the Institute, Abdurashid Jalilzod, who congratulated the participants, teachers and students on the holding of the international conference and the 30th anniversary of the State Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. At the international conference, Victor Machekhin, PhD in Law, Head of the Tax Policy Research Laboratory of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, made a presentation on the topic “The Constitution is the guarantor of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms.” Mirzogufron Gafuri, representative of the executive body of the state authority of the Sughd region, conveyed congratulations to the Chairman of the Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzod on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan. In continuation of the conference, Gafuri Mehriddin Sadriddinzoda, Candidate of Law, Head of the 4th Faculty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel on the topic “The essence and purpose of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan”, Mahmudzoda Olim Hamid, Head of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in Sughd region, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice at the topic “the main reforms of the Constitutional system in the Republic of Tajikistan” and Juraeva donohon Turakhanovna, The prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the legality of judicial acts in criminal cases, the second degree Justice Adviser made informative speeches on the topic “constitutional guarantees of human rights and human freedoms”. - Frolov, - he said at the conference, and the articles that will be published electronically based on the submitted books, as well....
