On 14 August 2026, a meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali and the leadership of the companies “Yema Group”, “Sichuan Hebang Investment Group”, “China Feihe”, “Zheijiang Zhink Group” and “Beijing Century Beking Furniture” of the People’s Republic of China.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the establishment of joint industrial enterprises, including in the country’s free economic zones, as well as the expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism infrastructure.
In his speech, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade noted that thanks to the wise policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon and the President of the People’s Republic of China, His Excellency Xi Jinping, relations between the two countries in all areas are at a high level of development.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness for the further expansion of trade, economic and investment cooperation, particularly in the establishment of joint ventures.
