On 16 June 2026, in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, together with the country's delegation, held a meeting with the Chief Operating Officer of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Samer Al-Failakawi.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the progress of ongoing projects in the water, energy and transport sectors, and emphasized the importance of implementing new projects in priority areas of socio-economic development, including industry, agriculture, education and healthcare.
