Today, a meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Ministry, chaired by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, with the participation of deputy ministers, heads of structural units, subordinate institutions, and staff of the central office. The meeting reviewed the results of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the activities of the Ministry for January-March 2026, and outlined the tasks to be carried out by the end of the current year.
The meeting of the Board was opened by Minister Abdurahmonzoda A. S. During the meeting, a report by Deputy Minister Vosidiyon F. S. was delivered and considered, covering the outcomes of the country’s socio-economic development and the Ministry’s performance for January–March 2026, as well as the priorities for the remaining period of the year.
In the course of the meeting, Abdurahmonzoda A. S. emphasized that, in order to ensure the implementation of the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, as well as those of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and in line with the statutory mandates of the Ministry, it is necessary to intensify efforts, take concrete measures to eliminate existing shortcomings, and further enhance the effectiveness of activities. In this regard, relevant instructions were issued to the responsible officials.
