General informationThe Department of Human Resources and Legal Support is one of the main and key structures of the central apparatus of the Agency, covering areas such as registration, document control and processing, human resources management, legal services, professional development, and forest legislation. The Department of Human Resources and Legal Support conducts a monthly analysis of the implementation of Decrees and Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, decisions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, letters and requests from ministries and departments, the Agency's work plan for the half-year, decisions of the Agency's Advisory Council, protocols, and other directives from the Director of the Agency, and provides written information to the Director of the Agency.
