In connection with the implementation of the pilot project on the taxation of individual entrepreneurs, the National Bank of Tajikistan, acting as the operator of the project's automated system, reports that the necessary organizational and technical work, including data integration, is being carried out in stages in cooperation with the system's technical operator—the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan—as well as the tax authorities and credit financial institutions.
The main objective of the project is to create favorable conditions for individual entrepreneurs, simplify taxation procedures, reduce the administrative burden, increase the level of digitalization, and ensure transparency in financial settlements.
As part of the project's implementation, the relevant digital platform has been developed, and its integration with the information systems of the tax authorities and credit financial institutions is proceeding according to plan.
To ensure the stable, secure, and reliable operation of the system, the project is being implemented in stages. Beginning in September of this year, the platform will be deployed in a technical testing environment for three months.
This stage is experimental and technical in nature and is intended to comprehensively test the system's operation, the accuracy of data processing and exchange, the stability of its integration with the relevant systems, and its technical readiness before the full-scale implementation of the project begins.
Upon completion of the testing stage, the system's performance will be comprehensively assessed. Based on the test results and the level of technical readiness of all participants, the transition to full-scale project implementation will be carried out in accordance with established procedures.
The National Bank of Tajikistan will publish official information on the subsequent stages of project implementation, launch timelines, and procedures for using the system.
