During the TAJ-TECH 2026 International Forum, Khurshed Mirzo, Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Jamol Tilloевич Makhsudov, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed advancing bilateral cooperation in artificial intelligence, digital services, infrastructure, workforce development, and startup support. Proposals were also put forward to expand cooperation between IT Park Dushanbe and IT Park Uzbekistan, organise hackathons and training programmes, and exchange expertise.
During the meeting, an Action Plan for implementing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025–2027 was signed.
Both parties expressed their readiness to ensure the effective implementation of the Action Plan and joint initiatives.
