In the next five years, in order to promote the digital economy, it is necessary to pay priority attention to the following areas:
First, the immediate improvement of the legal framework and the adoption of appropriate acts on the path of transition to the digital economy.
Secondly, before five-stream networks (5G), develop digital infrastructure, develop data centers, and create a comprehensive national database.
Third, the complete digitalization of public services and the creation of a unified database of public services.
Fourth, the development of human capital through training and retraining of personnel in the field of information technology at home and abroad and raising awareness about the use of digital technologies.
Fifth, the widespread use of artificial intelligence in the provision of services and the system of state registration.
Sixth, take measures to ensure the cybersecurity of databases.
Seventh, the formation of digital business and the development of e-commerce.
In order to expand innovation processes and fully utilize the opportunities of digital technologies in the economy, I propose to declare 2025-2030 the “years of digital economy and innovation development”.
