On 26 November 2025, the Director of the Agency of innovation and digital technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khurshed Mirzo, paid a working visit to the Tajik university of innovation and digital technologies.
During the visit, the Director reviewed the progress of construction of the University’s new building and issued specific instructions to accelerate the pace of construction works.
The program of the visit also included a tour of the University’s existing infrastructure, including technology laboratories, digital classrooms, innovation centers, and the campus hotel. The Director became acquainted with the students’ innovative projects as well as the scientific and educational achievements of the University.
A meeting was held with the University’s leadership to discuss the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, implementation of digitalization initiatives, establishment of innovation centers, and development of the University’s priority areas.
As part of the visit, the Director held an open meeting with students, encouraging them to acquire modern knowledge and actively implement new technologies.
At the conclusion of the visit, the University’s leadership presented its academic and scientific accomplishments and outlined prospects for further collaboration with the Agency.
