December 13, 2024, Islamabad (Pakistan). - Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Daler Juma met with Chairman of the Department of Water Resources Development and Energy of the Ministry of Water Resources of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Sajjad Ghani. During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on strengthening and expanding cooperation in the field of water and energy resources. In this context, special attention was paid to the importance of timely implementation of the Casa-1000 project, which was called a real link between the countries of Central and South Asia. The Pakistani side was invited to participate in the international conference on glacier protection, which will be held in Dushanbe in May 2025.
