October 16, 2024, Hissar. – Today, the third working meeting on the development of a draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Shokhambari sanatorium under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Manuchehr Safarzoda" On Energy" (in a new edition), implemented with the support of the European Union. Representatives of the law enforcement Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, ministries and departments, public organizations and the European Union took part in its work. The purpose of the draft law is to fully regulate modern relations in the energy sector, in particular, military billing in the country's electricity grids. In this context, it is planned to develop by-laws regulating the technical part of the industry, as well as the technical part of the industry. At the same time, the working group is developing a draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “on energy” (in a new version) in order to fully regulate the country's energy market, taking into account the creation of energy companies in the field of production, transmission and distribution of electricity.
