September 20, 2024, Moscow. – Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Daler met with Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Sivilev on Friday. During the meeting, bilateral cooperation in the energy sector was discussed, including the development of industry standards, and the operation of the Sangtuda-1 hydroelectric power plant. At the same time, an exchange of views took place on the activities of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation, including preparations for the next meeting to be held on October 4 this year in Dushanbe.
