In connection with the feasibility study of the Charsem hydroelectric power plant (Shugnan district, GBAO), Pamir Energy OJSC and Gruner Stucky consulting company (Switzerland) signed an agreement (September 27, 2024). Should note that the hydroelectric power plant “Charsem” will be built on the Gund River in Shugnan district with a capacity of 14 megawatts.
