As part of the working trip of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, dear Emomali Rahmon, to the Sughd region, a new branch building of the Dushanbe City Bank Closed Joint stock Company in Khujand was commissioned. With the commissioning of the new building of the Dushanbe City Bank branch in Khujand, 120 local specialists have been provided with permanent jobs and good salaries, of which 34% are women and girls. At the opening of the new building, it was reported that the bank has established 4 service centers in the cities and districts of Sughd region along with a branch and is expanding its scope of activity, using the benefits and privileges provided by the government of the country in the direction of supporting the private sector. Currently, 700 thousand transfers and budget payments are carried out in the region in a timely and high-quality manner via mobile phones and 600 thousand via Dushanbe City Bank cards. To improve the level and quality of service in the cities and districts of Sughd region, there are also automatic terminals and ATMs of Dushanbe City Bank, and the strengthening of infrastructure, especially the introduction of modern electronic means, has led to an increase in non-cash payments and a decrease in the population's demand for cash. Such conditions and opportunities were created to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan "On measures to expand non-cash payments". In general, in the Dushanbe City Bank branch in Khujand and its 4 banking service centers in Sughd region, 170 people are provided with permanent jobs and good wages.
