On November 4, at the initiative of the Department of Justice of the Sughd region, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the "year of Legal education", a regional scientific and theoretical conference entitled "The Constitution is the essence of legal education of the nation" was held. The conference was attended by members of the Adaptive Methodological Council for Legal education and upbringing of citizens of Sughd region and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in cities and districts of Sughd region. The conference began with an introductory speech by Sharofiddin Sharifzoda, Head of the Department of Justice of Sughd region, followed by Davron Zohidzoda, Deputy Chairman of Sughd region, congratulated those present on behalf of Rajabboy Ahmadzod, Chairman of Sughd Region, on the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and expressed his opinion on the role of the Constitution in national statehood. The conference was also attended by Senior assistant to the prosecutor of the region Mirinoyat Pairav Saifiddinzoda on the topic "The Constitution is the main leadership of the people and the state", Deputy Rector of TSUE Sheroz Muminzoda on the topic "The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan — founder of the development of national legislation", Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of Sughd region Samadzoda Amrokhon Gordon on the topic "constitutional family rights and legal policy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of legal regulation of marriage and family", Dean of the Faculty of History and Law of Academician Bobojon Gafurov KSU Ibrahim Jabborzoda on the topic "The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan: its essence and historical goals" and the notary public of the state notary office of Guliston Bakhtiyor on the topic "The role of the notary public in the application of the norms of the Constitution." As a result, a number of employees of various industries were awarded letters of thanks from the Department of Justice of the Sughd region on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
