In the Great Hall of the Presidium of the Khujand State University named after Academician Bobojon Gafurov, in honor of the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, a scientific and practical conference entitled “The Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan is the legal guarantor of ensuring human values, sustainable development of modern statehood and legal education in society” was held with the participation of industry researchers, teachers and students. The rector of the University, Professor Usmonzoda AB Islam, opening the conference, noted that in the history of the Tajik people, November 6, 1994 – the Day of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan as a sacred day and the beginning of a completely new stage of Tajik statehood - in golden letters on the pages of the history of independent Tajikistan, every year this day is proudly and gratefully greeted by the entire people of Tajikistan as a national holiday. He stressed that the path traversed by the founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, also presented itself to us and the whole world in the creation of a sovereign, democratic, legal, secular, social and the only correct state. Then Mirzogufron Gafurov, a representative of the executive body of the state authority of the Sughd region, spoke, adding that the adoption of this sacred act determined the structure of statehood and the life of the new Tajik society, laid the foundations for peace, stability and national unity in the country. Next, Khudoerzoda Khurshed Hassan –Head of the Department for Supervision of the enforcement of laws on minors and youth, Adviser to Justice of the 3rd degree on the topic “The Constitution strengthens the rule of law and the rule of law in the state”, Samadzoda Fikri Amrokhon –Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the Sughd region on the topic “regulation of the constitutional law of family relations in the Republic of Tajikistan”, Mehriddin Sadriddinzoda-Head of the fourth Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, candidate category: Jurisprudence, The professor made a presentation on the topic “Reform of the foundations of the constitutional system in the Republic of Tajikistan” and Mukhtorzoda Kiromiddin Tojiddin –Head of the Department of Law on the topic “The essence and definition of the Constitution in the state". The speakers noted that the adoption of the Constitution laid a solid and reliable legal basis for the strength of constitutional power, strengthening the foundations of statehood, achieving enormous political, economic and socio-cultural successes, creating the foundations of civil society and creating a favorable atmosphere for the free formation of every person. It was reported that the conference continued its work in five sections on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan as a legal guarantor of ensuring human values, sustainable development of modern statehood and legal education in society. More than 90 scientific reports by scientists and industry experts on this topic have been analyzed and reviewed in various sectors.
