It was emphasized that achieving such benefits as national independence and statehood, awareness and protection of the most sacred values of the state and statehood is both a duty and a responsibility, and the honor and dignity of a patriot, pride in his state and his people, as well as the efforts and work of every conscious person in society in the name of self-knowledge, enlightenment and high national culture.
