The State and the Government, headed by the founder of peace and national unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, attach paramount importance to the development of science, education and morality of society, especially the education and upbringing of the younger generation, comprehensively contribute to the development of schools and education, training of specialists with high professional knowledge and skills. Today, education workers face an important and responsible task - to make education better and better, to improve the level and quality of education at the educational level. When all the necessary conditions for learning are created from year to year, the responsibility of education workers in this process should increase even more. In recognition of the round-the-clock work of teachers and educators, on October 4, a solemn event dedicated to Teacher's Day called “Teacher - Torch of Wisdom” was held at the Sogdiana Palace in Khujand. The event was attended by industry veterans, teachers, chairmen of primary organizations. Deputy Chairman of Sughd region Zainura Azimi opened the event and conveyed congratulations to the audience from Chairman of Sughd region Rajabboy Ahmadzod. At the event, more than 40 veteran teachers were awarded with gifts from the chairman of the Sughd region.
