During the period of our country's independence, special importance has been placed on improvement and construction efforts, the creation of new jobs, the production of domestic and import-substituting goods, and, overall, ensuring a decent standard of living for the population and transitioning to sustainable development of the national economy through accelerated industrialization in all regions of the republic. Since the implementation of industrialization goals in cities and districts through the establishment of small and large industrial enterprises using new innovative technologies ensures the growth of material production, it contributes to the sustainable development of the national economy and significant progress in all economic and social sectors.
