13 august 2026 the official launch of the implementation of the project "Strengthening Digitalization of State Functions of the Republic of Tajikistan" with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) took place at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, under the leadership of the Deputy minister of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin.
At the beginning of the meeting, Nuriddinzoda A.N. welcomed the representatives of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) on the occasion of their visit and noted that it is precisely thanks to the wise and far-sighted policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, that the bilateral economic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea continue to develop.
During the meeting, the Director of the Office of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Kang Song Hun, expressed readiness for the introduction of digitalization of business processes of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and noted that the visit of industry specialists and the official start of the implementation of this project are an important step towards achieving the planned bilateral goals.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Nuriddinzoda A.N. expressed gratitude to KOICA for their support and fruitful cooperation and wished the project specialists success in its effective implementation.
