Departmental Training on Countering Corruption Held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade

A departmental training session on the topic “Combating Corruption – An Important Basis for Sustainable Development of the National Economy and Strengthening Public Administration” was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the participation of the ministry's leadership and staff.

The event was opened by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Vosidiyon Farhod Sadullo, who emphasized the importance of countering corruption, as well as observing legality, transparency, and accountability in the activities of civil servants.

Subsequently, the Deputy Head of the Legal Support Department, Mirzozoda Farahnoz Mustafo, delivered a presentation on the legal foundations of countering corruption, raising anti-corruption culture, and its role in improving public administration and sustainable economic development.

At the conclusion of the event, the need for strict compliance with legislative requirements, along with strengthening transparency and the responsibility of every civil servant in preventing corruption, was emphasized.
