On December 9, 2024, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Zavkizoda Zavki Amin met with Director of the Eurasian Development Bank (BAOR) Yakunin Vladimir Nikolaevich in the Republic of Tajikistan. At the beginning of the meeting, Z.A., as a member of the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank, V. Yakunin was instructed to provide active support in the implementation of priority projects for the sustainable development of the country's economy. N. He expressed his gratitude. At the same time, in connection with the increase in BAOR funding, priority projects of the country's economy were invited, including in the fields of industry, energy, agriculture, tourism, trade, education, healthcare and digitalization of the national economy, especially digitalization of business flows in the ministry. Proposals to increase the amount of funding were gladly accepted by the Director of the BAOR in the Republic of Tajikistan. At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to develop new priority projects in the spheres of the national economy, in particular, to create a textile cluster and a modern logistics center, as well as mutually beneficial cooperation.
