On 25 June 2026, in Almaty, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan, headed by Vosidiyon Farhod Sadullo, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, participated in the Annual Meeting of the Council of the Eurasian Development Bank.
In accordance with the agenda, a number of issues were considered during the meeting, including the Bank’s performance results, the implementation progress of ongoing projects, the maintenance of financial sustainability, and the future directions of the Eurasian Development Bank’s activities.
During the Council meeting, Vosidiyon Farhod Sadullo delivered a statement emphasizing the significant role of the Eurasian Development Bank in financing projects aimed at promoting sustainable socio-economic development in its member states. He also noted that the Republic of Tajikistan attaches particular importance to expanding mutually beneficial cooperation with the Bank, including in the implementation of priority infrastructure, energy, and investment projects that are aligned with the objectives of the Medium-Term Development Programme of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030.
Following the meeting, the relevant decisions on the agenda items were adopted, and the participating states once again reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Development Bank.
