On 5 May 2026, at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular meeting of the Interagency Working Group on Monitoring and Evaluation of Strategic Planning Documents was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nuriddinzoda Ahliddin Nuriddin, with the participation of representatives of relevant ministries and agencies.
During the meeting, the implementation progress of the following strategic planning documents was reviewed:
- the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Livestock, Poultry, Fisheries and Beekeeping Sectors in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023–2027;
- the Food Safety Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024–2028;
- the State Program for the Development of Publishing and Press Sector of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2022–2026.
Reports on the implementation of the above-mentioned documents were delivered by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nazarzoda Safarali Gulmurod; the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Food Security under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Muminzoda Mustafo Odina; and the Head of the Department for Publishing and Press of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Akhmedov Ibrohim.
Following the discussions, relevant decisions were adopted aimed at ensuring the timely implementation of the measures предусмотренных планами действий (set out in the action plans), identifying sources of financing, improving the quality of implementation, as well as ensuring continuous monitoring and evaluation.
Based on the results of the review and the status of implementation of the aforementioned documents, a detailed report will be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
