On April 17, 2026, within the framework of the 14th meeting of the Supervisory Board of Free Economic Zones of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade — Deputy Chairman of the Board, Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, together with members of the Board, reviewed the activities of manufacturing enterprises, as well as the progress of construction and development works being carried out in the Sughd Free Economic Zone, which are scheduled to be commissioned in honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
