Today, a meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The meeting was chaired by Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, Minister of Economic Development and Trade, and was attended by Habibzoda Farhod Qudratullo, Advisor to the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Issues, Deputy Ministers, heads of departments, heads of subordinate institutions, trade representatives in foreign countries, and central office staff. The meeting was dedicated to summarizing the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry's activities for 2025, as well as the objectives for the first half of 2026.
The Board meeting began with opening remarks by the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, after which Deputy Minister Vosidiyon F. S. presented a detailed presentation on the socioeconomic development of the Republic of Tajikistan and the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for 2025, as well as on objectives for the first half of 2026.
Abdurahmonzoda A. S. instructed the responsible officials to fully and effectively implement the instructions and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the Government of the Republic, the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Ministry's statutory objectives, as well as to address existing deficiencies and further improve operations in 2026.
At the same time, the heads of the Ministry's main departments, departments, and subordinate institutions presented reports on their activities. At the conclusion of the Board meeting, appropriate decisions were made on the issues discussed.
