In fulfillment of the relevant instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, and the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, a final meeting was held in Panj District on January 10, 2026, with the participation of Abdurahmonzoda Abdurahmon Safarali, Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
The meeting included a report from the district leadership on the development of the district's socioeconomic sectors, the activities of the executive authorities of Panj district in 2025, and the implementation of the Action Plan for improvement and creative work dedicated to the celebration of the 35th anniversary of State Independence. Following the meeting, objectives for 2026 were set.
Abdurahmonzoda A. S. gave relevant instructions to the responsible officials of the executive bodies of state power of the Panj district on the timely and high-quality implementation of the instructions and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, set out in the regular Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 16, 2025; organizing improvement and construction work dedicated to the 35th anniversary of State independence, including the creation of production workshops and enterprises, the construction and commissioning of festive facilities; high-quality implementation of state programs with rational use of land, obtaining 3-4 harvests and a full harvest of agricultural products; covering women and unemployed citizens with vocational training courses and developing educational centers; strengthening explanatory work to prevent wastefulness during holidays and rituals; improving the legal culture and patriotic consciousness of the population; preventing crime and the involvement of youth in extremist parties and movements; disseminating the main provisions of the Leader of the Nation's Address to residents of the district; analyzing existing shortcomings, taking measures to eliminate them, and implementing strict control over the implementation of state plans in the district.
