On November 24, 2025, a virtual meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdurahmonzoda A. S. and the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Reshetnikov M. G.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed the implementation of the instructions and directives of the heads of state, issued during the state visit of the President of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan, regarding increasing the export of grapes and other agricultural products from the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation.
It was noted that the implementation of the instructions of the heads of state contributes to the promotion of export potential and the strengthening of bilateral economic ties.
During the meeting, issues related to improving cooperation mechanisms in areas related to exports and imports, optimizing interdepartmental interaction procedures, and expanding trade and economic opportunities were discussed.
