On October 14, 2025, a meeting and discussion on anti-corruption issues was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The meeting was attended by ministry leadership, a representative of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, and staff from the ministry's central office.
As the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, noted in his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan: "Corruption is a negative and dangerous phenomenon for society, and combating it is the primary responsibility of government agencies, civil society institutions, and every citizen of the country."
In this regard, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Vosidiyon Farhod Sa`dullo emphasized that combating corruption is the responsibility of every citizen, especially civil servants.
At the meeting, Lieutenant of Justice Abdullozoda Odil Tolib, Senior Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, held a discussion and explanatory work with employees of the central office of the Ministry on the content of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Combating Corruption."
