A ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in Qubodiyon District. The event was attended by a representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, representatives of the executive body of state authority of Khatlon Region, the district leadership, employees of public institutions and organizations, veterans, intellectuals, youth, and community representatives.
At the beginning of the meeting, participants were congratulated on the 35th Anniversary of State Independence. It was emphasized that Independence is a historic achievement of the Tajik people and a fundamental basis for strengthening national statehood, peace, stability, and sustainable development.
The meeting highlighted the achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan during the years of independence, the development of the socio-economic sectors, the construction and modernization of infrastructure, and the expansion of development and beautification initiatives. It was noted that Qubodiyon District continues to focus on socio-economic development and improving the living conditions of its residents.
The representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the representative of the executive body of state authority of Khatlon Region then addressed the gathering and congratulated the participants on this important historic occasion. Their remarks highlighted the role of State Independence in strengthening national identity, social unity, and creating favorable conditions for the country’s development.
A number of distinguished activists and employees from various sectors were presented with letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts in recognition of their valuable contributions to community service, development, and beautification of the district.
The meeting concluded with a cultural program featuring local artists. Patriotic songs, traditional dances, and artistic performances added a festive atmosphere to the celebration.
