Today, a ceremonial celebration dedicated to National Unity Day was held in Qubodiyon District with the participation of the district leadership, representatives of government institutions, veterans, intellectuals, community leaders, and local residents.
The event opened with remarks by the First Deputy Chairman of Qubodiyon District, who warmly congratulated the participants on National Unity Day and emphasized that National Unity is one of the greatest achievements in the history of independent Tajikistan, providing a solid foundation for peace, stability, socio-economic development, and the country’s sustainable progress.
The participants then heard congratulatory speeches from the Prosecutor of Qubodiyon District and the representative of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Khatlon Region.
It was noted that under the wise leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, Tajikistan has entered a new stage of development and nation-building and continues to move confidently along the path of peace, unity, and prosperity.
It was further emphasized that preserving and strengthening National Unity is the sacred duty of every citizen, and that sustainable development and the prosperity of the country can only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace, stability, and mutual understanding.
The celebration concluded with a colorful cultural program featuring local artists. Patriotic songs, traditional dances, and artistic performances created a festive and memorable atmosphere.
