General informationBy the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 3, 2007, No. 105, the State Supervision Service in the Sphere of Education was established. The Service consisted of two departments: the Department of State Supervision Organization and Quality Evaluation of Education, and the Department of Attestation, Accreditation, and Licensing of Educational Institutions. The Department of Attestation, Accreditation, and Licensing of Educational Institutions consisted of three divisions, one of which was the Division of Attestation, Accreditation, and Licensing of Higher Professional Education Institutions, as well as institutions of professional education after higher education. This division had four employees (the head of the division, two senior specialists, and one leading specialist), who carried out their duties.
