On November 6, 2024, in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the "day of the Tajik militia", the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General of Militia Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, commissioned the city police department SVKD-1 in Shokhmansur district. The building consists of 3 floors, a basement, 11 workrooms and a temporary storage area.
