On September 22, during a working visit to Sughd Region, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan Azim Ibrohim visited the Sughd Zone branch of the international joint-stock company Innovative Road Solutions Ltd. (IRS). During the visit, on behalf of the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, the Minister presented the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Tajikistan to the head of the IRS branch, Khudodod Rasulzoda.
Khudodod Rasulzoda was awarded this state honor pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On awarding state honors of the Republic of Tajikistan to employees in the fields of science and culture, healthcare, production of goods and services, local government authorities, other civil servants and entrepreneurs for outstanding labor achievements, effective performance in public service, the development of science and culture, and other sectors of the national economy.”
The Minister of Transport also visited the Road Maintenance Department of Sughd Region and held a meeting with its staff. After expressing his appreciation to the road workers for their high-quality work, the Minister reviewed the condition of the equipment used for road maintenance and instructed the relevant officials to make advance preparations for the winter season. These preparations include inspecting water pipes and other infrastructure elements essential for operations during cold weather, as well as ensuring sufficient supplies of anti-skid materials, reagents, and fuel and lubricants.
