The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, regulations of the rights of the Republic of Tajikistan, Majlisi Namoyandagon and Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan.
