Current issues.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the city of Kulob, Khudoyor Nazarzoda Bakhtiyor, opened the session and noted that in order to implement the instructions and guidance of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, as well as the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, it is necessary to further strengthen work and management to achieve development and progress.
On the first issue of the agenda – prevention of offenses and combating crime – Judge of the Court of Kulob, Shodi Alimzoda, spoke, noting that in the years of independence, the field of education has been under the special attention of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon. Despite the achievements in this field, there are still cases when parents prevent their children from studying, minors commit crimes, irresponsibility in raising children occurs, and other negative phenomena are observed. To prevent these factors, it is necessary for all of us – society, the intelligentsia, scientists, and teachers – to educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, national identity, pride in the nation, and respect for the traditions of our ancestors.
The Prosecutor of the city of Kulob, Mansur Ganizoda, in his speech noted the achievements of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the peaceful and stable situation in the country, as well as the constant support of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon. He emphasized that we are on the eve of the autumn conscription of youth into the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, and every citizen, regardless of their position, must contribute and send loyal sons of the Motherland to defend the country’s borders and homeland. Analysis shows that the majority of offenders are those who have not passed through the school of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and have not fulfilled their military duty to the Motherland.
In recent years, problems have arisen that can destabilize society and the security of young independent states, including our country. Some parties and movements use modern technologies and the internet to spread false ideas and implement their insidious plans, which has been called "internet terrorism." To combat this negative phenomenon, all citizens, especially youth and adolescents, must show political vigilance and use the internet and social networks properly so as not to become victims of terrorist groups and movements.
The Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Kulob, Sherali Khaydarzoda, noted that today in Khatlon Region, especially in Kulob, all conditions have been created for mastering modern knowledge and educating the younger generation in all educational institutions, which has become possible thanks to the support of the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said. He stressed the need to take measures to ensure road safety, the quality of food in schools, and the security of educational institutions themselves.
Then, the Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the Majlis of People’s Deputies of the city of Kulob "On issues of education, healthcare, culture, sports, science, youth policy, women and family," Firuz Saymuminzoda, spoke and presented to the participants the shortcomings identified by the commission.
