On December 6, 2024, in the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, as part of the announcement of the "Year of Legal Education", the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, a round table dedicated to "Human Rights Day" was held with the participation of the management and staff of the Agency, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as representatives international organizations, civil society and higher educational institutions of the country. The event was opened by Rasuli Barot, First Deputy Director of the Agency, and spoke about the country's achievements in the field of human rights and freedoms. Further, the participants discussed the topics "achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of human rights", "human and civil rights" - the foundations of a legal and democratic state, "successful initiatives in the field of human rights in Tajikistan" and "guarantees and protection of human rights and freedoms in the Republic of Tajikistan". In general, the event was held in a scientific and debatable atmosphere, and the participants gained useful knowledge and experience, which they will use in their professional activities in the future.
