By the way, Davronov O.A. and Kenjaev Sh.A. having committed a criminal act, intentionally lost the authority to prepare an improper ticket for military service on behalf of citizen M.M. during May and July of this year, in the territory of the Kulkand rural jamoat of the city of Isfara, an amount of 40,000 somoni was received from the relatives of the latter in two cases, as a result after that, the agency's employees were detained at the scene, and the physical evidence - the amount of money found in their possession - was seized. On the current situation with Davronov O.A. and Kenjaev Sh.A. on the grounds of Article 247 of part 4 of paragraph "b " of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, a criminal case was initiated, and after the completion of the preliminary investigation, the criminal case was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
