The meeting agenda was presented to the participants.
A report by the Deputy Chairman of the Housing and Communal Services Committee, Rasulzoda Rajabali Abdusaid, on the results achieved by the Committee during the first nine months of 2025, was heard.
He noted that in recent years, thanks to the continuous and increasing support of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the housing and communal services sector has been steadily developing and achieving significant and notable results.
This care and constant support from the country’s leadership motivates the employees of the sector to work with high responsibility, overfulfill production plans, and ensure substantial progress in the field.
It was stressed that in the first nine months of 2025, the staff of the organizations within the Committee’s system successfully fulfilled their duties and ensured the provision of communal services—especially the supply of clean drinking water—to the population at the required level.
In closing the meeting, Chairman of the Committee, Tabarzoda Jamshed Afzal, summarized the nine-month performance of the system’s organizations, noting that during this period their activity was productive and that they achieved a number of accomplishments compared to the same period in 2024.
In particular, through the implementation of state investment projects—carried out with the consistent support of the government and the financial assistance of development partners—the supply of safe and clean drinking water to urban, district, and rural populations has significantly improved.
Chairman Tabarzoda Jamshed Afzal emphasized that the leadership and employees of the Committee’s system will continue to intensify their work, fulfill their obligations with a high sense of patriotism and responsibility, and contribute substantially to the prosperity, development, and progress of our beloved Tajikistan.
