The Committee for Housing and Communal Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter — the Committee) is a central executive body of state authority and ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of housing and communal services.
The Committee carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, normative legal acts, international legal documents recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Regulation of the Committee for Housing and Communal Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter — this Regulation).
The Committee conducts its activities in cooperation with central executive bodies of state authority, local executive bodies of state authority, self-governing bodies of towns and villages, international organizations, public associations, and natural and legal persons.
