Before the official part began, a short film about the Committee’s achievements in youth work during 2024 was shown to the attendees.
During the official part, it was emphasized that the constant attention of the state and government is aimed at raising the intellectual level of young people, creating conditions for the expansion of creative potential, honoring and preserving the best folk traditions and crafts, supporting career choice, and developing this important sphere. Despite global challenges, a series of initiatives in support of youth were implemented throughout 2024.
To recognize the merits and courage of young people in society and the state, bravery and dedication in military conditions, under threats to national security, and during military and civil service, the award "Courage and Bravery" was established. This year, by the decision of a qualified commission, 12 best young people were awarded this prize.
Also honored were the winners of competitions for the Committee’s prize in literature, art, architecture, journalism, programming, technology and innovation, as well as the revival of folk crafts.

Throughout 2024, to honor the joyful and harmonious period of human life — youth, pride in the peace and tranquility of the Homeland, raising the status and role of youth in society, respect and love for the Homeland, supporting talented and creative young authors, popularizing the successes of youth in independent Tajikistan, two nationwide contests were held — "Vasfi Javoni" (Praise of Youth) and "Vatan — Shukuhat Pobarjo" (Homeland — Eternal Glory), with winners awarded diplomas and gifts.
It was noted that youth, as a creative force and a strong link in the generational chain, plays an important role in society. The progress of society is unimaginable without the contribution of youth; flourishing, beauty, and constructive development demand great zeal and courage from young people.
From the early days of independence, the state's and government’s attention to this future-building generation was clearly felt, and youth policy was chosen as one of the priority directions of the country’s social policy.
To support talented youth, the Committee invited three young people from the Autonomous Province of Gorno-Badakhshan who, through short videos on social media, demonstrated high cultural talents and won the hearts of thousands of viewers. Their videos were shown at the ceremony, and all three were honored with monetary and material gifts by the Committee.
Additionally, the amateur group of the State Symphony Orchestra of the Executive Office of the President of Tajikistan created a warm and inspiring atmosphere of patriotism and youthfulness with their songs and melodies during the event.
